    It was good to go through a couple of these writing assignments this week as it's helped me view how I should see myself while trying to start and run a business.  The "decontructing your fears" assignment was especially a good one because I learned, for one, that I'm not the only one who has these fears and that this is a totally normal feeling to have when attempting to run a business.  The assignment helped me realize that these fears can actually be mitigated as we plan and pursue our businesses to help ensure that we can be successful.

    Finishing the reading of "Launching Leaders", I feel I got a lot of direction from this material in how to live and lead my life.  Even though I took a lot of notes, I feel I will need to go back and read through the material and write down even more detailed notes along with plans to implement what I learned.  There was a lot of meat included in this book that is designed to help along this journey, not just for our businesses, but for life itself.  Very grateful for this class and the useful values it has been teaching us.
